- Details : Step 1: Massage in using the rounded part of the applicator to encourage microcirculation, refresh, and soothe the eye and brow area. Step 2: Pour a small amount of product onto the tip of the ring finger, then gently apply around the area of the eye. Step 3: Using the flat part of the applicator, smooth the product from the inside to the outside of the eye, working in an upwards direction, to smooth and lift. Repeat on the brow.
