With its streetwear roots and punk rock inspiration, Amiri offers unique designs with a strong visual identity. From its modest beginnings in the windowless basement of a Thai restaurant in Los Angeles, the company now exports its pieces internationally. They are all exclusively designed in the neighbourhood of the City of Angels. Depending on the model, the manufacturing process can take from a few weeks to almost three months. This quality is reflected in all the articles the brand offers: clothing, shoes and accessories. Mike Amiri revisits men's wardrobe classics in a distinctly more rock style. Slim jeans are ripped, T-shirts look like they have been exposed to gunfire and blouson jackets are adorned with luxurious leather. Another iconic element of the brand is the bone-shaped inserts that recreate parts of a skeleton. Destructive aesthetics and contemporary designs make Amiri's creations key pieces of urban fashion.
