周一至周五，我们提供三种送货方式：

• Pick Up Service Point (free in France from 80 euros):Collect your order in the relay point closest to your address. Available for a selection of destinations in Europe.
• Standard at home:Directly to your address. Available for a selection of destinations in Europe.
• Express at home:Quick delivery. Directly to your address. Available for all destinations.

You can track the progress of the preparation and delivery of your order by logging into theMy Orderspage of your account. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched with the tracking link allowing you to follow its progress.

退货

退款

我们会通过您购买时所用的付款渠道将产品金额全额退还，包括税费和关税。 若您已支付寄送欧洲地区以外的运费，此费用将为您所负担。

We guarantee a refund for products that you do not wish to keep and that are returned in accordance with ourReturns Policy.

退款只能由下单人申请，并将通过原付款渠道退还。

退款一经处理，您将收到电子邮件通知。

您的银行将在15个工作日内处理。 该期限因发卡机构而异。
