You can track the progress of the preparation and delivery of your order by logging into the My Orders page of your account. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched with the tracking link allowing you to follow its progress.
Please note that the content of your order and the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

You have 30 days to return your items free of charge and with ease, with the possibility of collection from your home or from a pick-up point.
The return label is included in your package, as well as the customs invoice if you are outside the European Union.
Return postage is free.
The products must be sent to us in new condition (not used, not worn, not washed etc.) with the 24S and brand labels.
In order to make your return, we invite you to follow the instructions in our return guide available in your package or in your customer area.
Some products are not eligible for returns.

We will refund the full amount of the product on the payment method used at the time of purchase, including taxes and duties. The shipping fees, if paid, will remain at your cost for deliveries outside of Europe.
We guarantee a refund for products that you do not wish to keep and that are returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
The refund can only be requested by the person who placed the order and will be made on the original method of payment.
You will be notified by email when your refund is issued.
