DELVAUX is only available in store

Since its creation in 1829, the first leather goods house in the world has enjoyed exceptional prestige and the trust and confidence of connoisseurs, most notable, the royal family of Belgium. The title of “Royal Warrant Holder of the Court of Belgium” was first awarded to la maison in 1883 by King Leopold II.

Steeped in the spirit of Belgian surrealism, Delvaux brings a witty approach to all of its creations. Modernity and creativity are fundamental values of la maison, along with savoir-faire and tradition.

Among its archives of more than 3,000 designs that were all created in its own workshops in Belgium and France, Delvaux’s most iconic handbag is arguably le Brillant, which was created during the 1958 World Fair.

Delvaux dedicates its Spring-Summer 2019 collection to gypsetters and their brilliantly insouciant elegance. Aristocratic citizens of the world, gypsetters are devoted collectors of la Maison’s emblematic designs, which once again metamorphose for the summer season. With its eclectic colour palette – Céladon, Jade, Framboise, Silk Pink, Brandy, Navy, Ivory and Noir – this new collection is anything but minimalist.

Delvaux’s exclusive and exotic leathers require a very precise and delicate work. More than ever, they are the hallmark of Delvaux and gives a sparkling personality to bags and accessories adorned with the refinement of shagreen, astrakan sheep, alligator, lizard or ostrick skins. Sometimes associated they give to Delvaux’s creations a singularity and a remarkable precious aspect.
