• Pick Up Service Point (free in France from 80 euros):Collect your order in the relay point closest to your address. Available for a selection of destinations in Europe.
• Standard at home:Directly to your address. Available for a selection of destinations in Europe.
• Express at home:Quick delivery. Directly to your address. Available for all destinations.

배송 받을 주소를 입력하면 구매 내역과 배송 지역에 따라, 가능한 모든 배송 옵션이 제시됩니다.

You can track the progress of the preparation and delivery of your order by logging into theMy Orderspage of your account. You will receive an email as soon as your order is dispatched with the tracking link allowing you to follow its progress.

주문 완료 후에는 배송지 주소나 주문 내역을 수정할 수 없음에 유의하여 주세요.

환불

구매 시 사용하셨던 결제 수단으로, 상품 가격과 세금 및 관세가 포함된 총액이 환불됩니다. 배송비를 지불하신 경우, 유럽 외 지역의 배송 건은 고객님께서 부담하시게 됩니다.

We guarantee a refund for products that you do not wish to keep and that are returned in accordance with ourReturns Policy.

구매자 본인만이 환불을 요청할 수 있으며 구매 시 사용한 결제 수단을 통해서만 환불이 이루어집니다.

환불 진행이 완료되면 이에 대한 통보 이메일이 발송됩니다.

그로부터 영업일 기준 15일 이내에 환불이 완료됩니다. 카드사에 따라 시일이 더 걸릴 수도 있습니다.
