LA CARTE 24 SÈVRES PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions of use of the La Carte 24 Sèvres programme (hereinafter "the GTCU") constitute the general principles for access to and participation in the said programme.
The La Carte 24 Sèvres loyalty programme is managed by the following companies:
"Groupe Le Bon Marché" consisting of the following companies
- Le Bon Marché, a French public limited company (SA) with share capital of 29,415,810 euros, entered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 414 728 337, and having its registered office at 24 rue de Sèvres -75007 Paris, tel.: +33 (0)1 44.39.80.00 operating the Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche store
- La Société d’Exploitation de La Grande Épicerie de Paris, a French general partnership (SNC) with share capital of 20,115,984 euros, entered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 380 356 592, and having its registered office at 5 rue de Babylone -75007 Paris, tel.: +33 (0)1 44.39.81.00 operating the La Grande Épicerie de Paris store.
And
- 24 Sèvres, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of 40,000 euros, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 797 737 293, and having its registered office at 24-32 rue Jean Goujon in Paris (75008), operating the online sales site www.24s.com. It is understood that the site and the application will be indiscriminately referred to as "24 Sèvres" or "24S".
ACCEPTANCE AND AMENDMENT OF THE GTCU
Registration and participation in the Programme are subject to acceptance of and compliance with the GTCU. By joining the Programme, you are presumed, in your capacity as member (hereinafter "Member"), to have read the GTCU and to accept them without reservation.
Due to possible changes to the Programme, we reserve the right to amend the GTCU at any time. You are therefore advised to regularly refer to the latest version of the GTCU available on https://www.24s.com/en-us/your-24s/loyalty-program/terms-and-conditions .
In addition, if one or more provisions of the GTCU are declared null and void by the application of a law, a regulation or following a final court decision by a competent court, the other provisions will remain valid and applicable.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUBSCRIBING TO THE PROGRAMME
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Programme is offered to any customer who is a natural person aged at least 18 years old (hereinafter the "Customer"). It is not open to professionals, whether natural persons or legal entities. An invoice may be issued on request for purchases made with the loyalty card in the sole name of the loyalty card holder.
A Customer may only subscribe to the Programme once; multiple accounts are not permitted.
Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres reserve the right to request any document as proof of identity of the person.
2. FREE OF CHARGE
Subscription to the Programme is free of charge.
3. REGISTERING FOR THE PROGRAMME
3.1. HOW TO REGISTER
The Programme can be subscribed to in-store or online.
To register in-store, the Customer must be present when opening their loyalty card account at either:
- Checkouts and reception desks of Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, or
- Checkouts and reception desks of La Grande Épicerie de Paris
To register online on lebonmarche.com or lagrandeepicerie.com, the customer must :
- create an online account on lebonmarche.com or lagrandeepicerie.com
- go to their personal space, under the heading "My dashboard" or "The 24 Sèvres Card" and click on "Become a member of the program".
To register online at 24S.com, the customer must:
- create an online account at 24S.com by checking the program membership box under the registration form or
- Create an online account on 24S.com and then subscribe to the programme later by going to the "My Account" or "Loyalty Programme" section in their personal space by clicking on "Become a member"
3.2. REGISTRATION DATA
Registration for the Programme involves the Customer sending the information below to the in-store sales consultant, or completing the form available online. The following fields are required:
- Marital status
- Surname
- First name
- Postal code if the Customer resides in France for opening a loyalty card account in-store
- Country of residence
Forms containing incomplete or incorrect data will not be accepted.
The Customer guarantees the accuracy of the data they provide and must inform Groupe Le Bon Marché or 24 Sèvres, as soon as possible, of any change to this data.
By registering for the Programme, the Customer will receive marketing communications related to the loyalty programme.
The Customer also has the option of receiving marketing communications from Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, La Grande Epicerie de Paris or 24S, after having given their express consent.
4. ISSUANCE OF THE LOYALTY CARD
Registration for the La Carte 24 Sèvres Programme (hereinafter "the Programme") gives rise to the issuance of the La Carte 24 Sèvres Card.
4.1 SUBSCRIPTION IN-STORE
In the event of subscribing to the Programme in-store, the Member will be given a personal card on a physical medium (hereinafter "The Card").
The Member (or "the Cardholder Member") may request a duplicate of the 24 Sèvres Card (hereinafter "the Secondary Card") so that a person from the same household (hereinafter "the Beneficiary") can enjoy the benefits related to their loyalty account and allow the Beneficiary to accumulate Points on their account.
The Beneficiary of the Secondary Card must:
- Be part of the same household (live at the same address) as the Cardholder Member
- Be at least 18 years old
Only one Secondary Card can be assigned for the same account.
In order to obtain a Secondary Card, the Cardholder Member must go to the reception or Customer Service Department of the Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche store or the reception of the La Grande Épicerie de Paris store, and present their Card and the Beneficiary's identity document.
They can request a Secondary card when subscribing to the Programme or later. The Secondary Card will be sent by post to the address of the Cardholder Member.
The Secondary Card is personalised (in the name of the Beneficiary) and non-transferable.
The same rules apply to the Secondary Card as to the Cardholder Member's card. As a result:
- If the Cardholder Member changes status, a new Card is assigned to them as well as a new Secondary Card in the name of the Beneficiary.
- If the Cardholder Member's card is deactivated, the Secondary Card is also deactivated.
- The Beneficiary accumulates Points on the same account as the Cardholder Member.
The Beneficiary may use the benefits related to the status of the Cardholder Member.
4.2 SUBSCRIPTION ONLINE
In the event of online subscription on lebonmarche.com or lagrandeepicerie.com or on 24s.com, the Member will be assigned a digital card along with a loyalty card number and will have access to a dedicated personal space.
PRESENTATION AND OPERATION OF THE LA CARTE 24 SÈVRES PROGRAMME
This Programme allows the Member, when shopping at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, La Grande Épicerie de Paris and online at 24S, to earn Points (hereinafter "the Points") over a period of twelve months. The accumulation of Points gives rise to a Privilege Day upon reaching 500 Points (excluding wish lists, housewarming gift lists, joint gift lifts, etc.).
The customer can choose to trigger this Privilege Day, either:
- At Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche or La Grande Épicerie de Paris: Privilege Day will then be valid only for purchases made in these two stores, and the Gift Voucher awarded at the end of this Privilege Day will only pay for purchases in these two stores;
- Online at 24S: Privilege Day will then be valid only for purchases made on the 24S.com website, and the Gift Voucher awarded at the end of this Privilege Day will only pay for purchases on the 24S.com website.
Accumulating points also makes it possible to reach a higher status. Each level corresponds to specific benefits. The Programme has three status levels.
The La Grande Épicerie de Paris Chez Vous app is excluded from the Programme
1. ACCUMULATING POINTS
1.1 SCALE AND CALCULATION RULE
€1 or $1 or £1 spent = 1 Point accumulated
Points are accumulated from 1 September of year N to 31 August of year N+1 (hereinafter the "Period"). The counter is reset to zero on 31 August at midnight French time, but the benefits acquired (Privilege Day and Gift Vouchers) are retained until their expiry date.
1.2 CALCULATION RULE
Points are calculated to the nearest euro/pound/dollar and take into account the sum of purchases, from the amount paid, net of discount, net of duty-free and net of customs charges. They are credited to the Member's account the day after the purchase for purchases made in-store and no later than 48 hours after delivery for purchases made online. When paying a deposit, the Points are credited at the time of the final payment. For any product ordered in-store or online that requires delivery, Points are credited after the product is delivered to the Member. For purchases subject to a Click & Collect delivery, the Points are credited the day after the Member collects the order from the store.
1.3 SCOPE
Any purchase made at the Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche store and at La Grande Épicerie de Paris on presentation of the physical Card or by giving the loyalty card number for the digital Card accumulates Points for the Member, excluding non-participating brands (the Member can be informed of the non-participating brands by contacting the Customer Relations Department of Groupe Le Bon Marché, on +33 (0)1 44 39 81 81, or for 24S on 0800 945 424, a toll-free number from France, or on +33 1 70 37 14 79, price of an international call to France).
Any purchase made online at lebonmarche.com or lagrandeepicerie.com or at 24s.com (including Marketplace products) gives rise to the accumulation of Points under the same conditions as in-store purchases, provided that the Card is linked to the customer's Internet account at the time of purchase.
Points can be accumulated during sale periods, TBMs (Très Bon Marché days), Private Offers and on the day of use of Privilege Day.
Points cannot be accumulated on:
- ancillary services (delivery, alterations, service by appointment, etc.)
- purchases of Gift Cards
- the duty-free amount of duty-free items
- the amount of purchases paid for by Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers or credit notes
- the amount of purchases made at restaurants inside Groupe Le Bon Marché stores.
- wish lists (for purchases and contributions to wedding lists, gift lists and new baby gift lists)
1.4 REFUND
In the event of refund of an item, the corresponding Points are automatically deducted from the balance of Points accumulated on the Card. If applicable, the balance of Points accumulated on the Card may not be negative.
The refund can only be made on presentation of the sales receipt for purchases made in-store and upon receipt of the item when ordered online at lebonmarche.com, lagrandeepicerie.com or 24s.com, after validation by the Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and 24S teams.
2. STATUS AND CHANGE OF STATUS
The Programme has three status levels:
- Carte 24 Sèvres Guest status: 0 to 1499 Points
- Carte 24 Sèvres Initiate status: 1,500 to 3,999 Points
- Carte 24 Sèvres Privileged status: more than 4,000 Points
The Member changes status as soon as they reach the number of Points accumulated over the Period corresponding to a status, unless products are returned giving rise to a deduction of Points. It is possible to go up or down a level. The Member will be informed of their change of status.
The Guest, Initiate and Privileged status levels are valid until the end of the current Period. Every 31 August at midnight French time, the Points accumulated are reset to zero. Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres reserve the right to modify the conditions for issuing La Carte 24 Sèvres Guest, Initiate and Privileged cards at any time.
Each time the Member's status increases, Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres assign a new card to the Member within a period of 31 days from achieving the new status. During this period, however, it is agreed that the Member will be able to access the benefits of their new status using their old card. For customers of Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Epicerie de Paris, this card can be sent by post. This Card will also be automatically updated in the 24S Application.
Use of the new Card results in the deactivation of the old one which will have to be destroyed, in the case of a card on a physical medium. However, the Member retains the same account number and the benefits acquired (Privilege Day and Gift Vouchers) and can access the benefits associated with the new status as soon as the status changes.
3. USE OF THE BENEFITS
The benefits are valid only on presentation of the card or the digital card on the application during an in-store purchase or by being connected to the personal space during an online purchase on lebonmarche.com (excluding Privilege Day) and lagrandeepicerie.com (excluding Privilege Day) or 24s.com (excluding Marketplace products)
If the card is not presented in-store or authenticated online, the benefits/discounts will not be granted retrospectively.
The benefits are nominative and may only be used by the Cardholder Member or the Beneficiary.
Only the terms and conditions of the benefits posted online are binding.
4. VIEWING ACCUMULATED POINTS AND AVAILABLE BENEFITS
The Member can view their loyalty account:
- On the Internet: on the account they have created previously on lebonmarche.com or lagrandeepicerie.com or on 24s.com
- On the 24S Application: on the account that they have created
- By asking a sales consultant: in-store or by phone
5. TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE PROGRAMME
Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres reserve the right to terminate the Programme or modify it at any time, without compensation. The modifications may relate to:
- The Point scale and the loyalty status levels
- The type of benefits and their scope of use
- The GTCU
- The terms of use of the Card
In the event of modification or termination of the Programme, Groupe Le Bon Marché reserves the right to offset the benefits acquired and not used (Privilege Day and Gift Vouchers) in the format of its choice, and this without the Member's prior agreement, within the limit of their validity date and for a maximum period of 6 months.

PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected are processed by Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres in the context of registration for the Programme and for the purposes of coordinating and managing the latter (order management, provision of personalised services, communication of targeted offers), and, where applicable, by their technical partners in the context of managing the programme.
In the event of terminating or modifying the programme, the personal data collected may be retained by Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), the Member benefits from a:
- Right to access and receive a copy of your personal data as long as this request is not in contradiction with business secrecy, confidentiality, or the secrecy of correspondence.
- Right of rectification of personal data that are erroneous, obsolete or incomplete.
- Right to request the erasure ("right to be forgotten") of your personal data that are not essential to the smooth operation of our services.
- Right to restriction of your personal data which allows the use of your data to be frozen in the event of a dispute over the legitimacy of a processing operation.

The trademarks that appear as part of the Programme are registered trademarks protected by trademark law. Any unauthorised use of said trademarks shall constitute an infringement.

TERMINATING PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME
1. AT THE MEMBER'S INITIATIVE
The Member may terminate their participation in the Programme at any time by giving notice of their decision:
- In-store: on presentation of an identity document and returning La Carte 24 Sèvres
- By post: by sending a photocopy of an identity document and La Carte 24 Sèvres, to the address specified above

The termination of Programme membership will result in the firm and permanent cancellation of the Points accumulated and the benefits acquired or associated with La Carte 24 Sèvres.
In this case, all the Member's personal data will be retained, unless otherwise requested by the former Member within the limits of the conditions authorised by Article 17 of the GDPR (this deletion will not include the data that Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres are legally required to retain in their records)
2. AT THE INITIATIVE OF GROUPE LE BON MARCHÉ AND 24 SÈVRES
Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres reserve the right to suspend the membership of a Member, or even to deactivate the Member's Card, in particular:
- In the event of fraud, attempted fraud or theft by the Member, or by the Beneficiary related to the latter, in store and/or online;
- In the event of an abnormally high number of transactions on the same day and/or over several days;
- In the event of a payment incident not settled within one month of a reminder from Groupe Le Bon Marché or 24 Sèvres;
- In the event of an act likely to disrupt the operation of the website, the Programme or the stores;
- In the event of non-compliance with these GTCU;
- In the event of the same person opening multiple loyalty Card accounts;
- If the Member has not made any purchases from Le Bon Marché Group for a consecutive period of 36 months or has not made any purchases from Le Bon Marché Group since joining the La Carte 24 Sèvres program;
- If the Member has not made any purchases from 24 Sèvres for a consecutive period of 36 months or has not made any purchases from 24 Sèvres since joining the La Carte 24 Sèvres program;
- In the event of termination of the programme;
- In the event of death of the Member;
Deactivation of the Card will result in the firm and permanent loss of the Points accumulated and the benefits acquired or associated with the Card, without the Member being able to claim any compensation.
LIABILITY
1. COMMITMENTS OF THE SELLER
The Member undertakes, when subscribing to the Programme and throughout the duration of their participation in the Programme, to provide accurate information.
Identity theft shall be punishable by criminal penalties.
In the event that their personal data change, the Member must notify Groupe Le Bon Marché or 24 Sèvres as soon as possible:

The Member undertakes to use the Card in accordance with the provisions referred to in these GTCU and undertakes to ensure that the Beneficiary complies with the said terms and conditions.
Failing which, Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres reserve the right to suspend or deactivate the card under the conditions referred to in the previous section Termination of Participation in the Programme.
The Member is solely liable for their card in the event of loss, theft or damage.
2. LIABILITY OF GROUPE LE BON MARCHÉ AND 24 SÈVRES
In general, Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres independently manage the Programme and provide the associated benefits, under a best-efforts obligation.
Groupe Le Bon Marché or 24 Sèvres cannot be held liable in the event of:
- A failure in the programme
- Loss/theft/damage of the card
- Termination and/or modification of the programme
Photographs, text, graphics, information reproduced and illustrating the Programme, Services, and Benefits are not included in the scope of the contract. In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the products and services and their representation, Groupe Le Bon Marché or 24 Sèvres cannot be held liable.
APPLICABLE LAW
These GTCU are subject to French law.
Only the French version of the Contract is binding.
LOYALTY PROGRAMME TERMS AND BENEFITS
By subscribing to the La Carte 24 Sèvres loyalty programme, the Member will have access to various benefits, the scope of which is described below.
THE PRIVILEGE DAY
The Privilege Day allows the Member to obtain 10% of the total amount spent during this Day at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, La Grande Épicerie de Paris and on 24S.com in the form of a Gift Voucher credited to their loyalty account, excluding brands for which 5% of the total amount spent is credited as a Gift Voucher on the La Carte 24 Sèvres.
List of brands for which 5% is credited: Balenciaga, Baume & Mercier, Bell & Ross, Bottega Veneta, Briston, Bulgari, Cake, Camille Fournet, Cartier, Celine, Chanel, Collector Square, Cowboy, Delvaux, Dior, Fendi, Frederique Constant, Gucci, Hamilton, Hermès, Hublot, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Loewe, Longines, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, March LA.B, MeisterSinger, Moynat, Polène, Rimowa, Rolex, TAG Heuer, Tiffany & Co, Tissot, Tudor, Zenith. In the Beauty and/or Children's selection of these brands, 10% of the total amount spent is credited as a Gift Voucher on the La Carte 24 Sèvres. In addition, the Privilege Day is not valid on products sold by the marketplace partners of 24S. See the list here.
From the day after they reach 500 Points, the Member can trigger their Privilege Day on the date of their choice, either by presenting the physical or digital card during an in-store purchase, or by selecting this option during the finalisation of the online order on 24S.
Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres reserve the right to change the terms under which the Member can trigger their Privilege Day.
The Privilege Day is nominative, non-transferable and must be triggered within 6 months of reaching 500 Loyalty Points.
In the event of modification or termination of the Programme, Groupe Le Bon Marché reserves the right to offset the Privilege Days acquired and not triggered, in the format of its choice, and without the Member's prior consent.
In the event of modification or termination of the Programme, 24 Sèvres reserves the right to offset the Privilege Days acquired and not triggered, in the format of its choice, without the Member's prior consent.
- If the Member triggers their Privilege Day in-store (at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and at La Grande Epicerie de Paris): all purchases made during this day in-store are taken into account, even those made before the trigger. However, online purchases made on the same day by the Member will not be taken into account in calculating the amount of the Gift Voucher. The Privilege Day ends at midnight French time.
- If the Member triggers their Privilege Day online at 24S.com: all purchases made on the 24S site during the 24 hours following the trigger are taken into account. However, no purchase made in-store (at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Epicerie de Paris) will be taken into account.
For purchases made on 24S, the 24 hours of Privilege Day will be calculated in the same time zone. The time zone will correspond to the billing address of the customer's order for online purchases on 24S.
The Privilege Day is valid during sales, TBMs (Très Bon Marché days) and Private Offers and on the End of Season category of 24S, excluding non-participating brands. To find out the details of these restrictions, the Member may contact the Customer Relations Department of Groupe Le Bon Marché or 24S by referring to the above "INFORMATION – COMPLAINTS" section of the General Terms and Conditions of Use.
Only the purchase amount net of discount, net of duty-free and net of customs fees is taken into account.
The Privilege Day is not valid for:
- ancillary services (delivery, alterations, services by appointment, etc.), or for restaurants.
- wish lists (purchases and contributions to wedding lists, gift lists, new baby gift lists and housewarming gift lists),
- purchases of Gift Cards,
- the amount of the duty-free,
- purchases made using Gift Vouchers,
- the website www.lagrandeepicerie.com,
- the website www.lebonmarche.com,
In the event of purchases made as part of a housewarming gift list, the Points accumulated do not allow the Member to obtain a Privilege Day.
Purchases made in-store on Privilege Day can only be exchanged and not refunded. Purchases made online at 24s on Privilege Day can only be refunded and not exchanged.
If an item purchased on Privilege Day is exchanged in-store for a more expensive item, and if the exchange takes place on another day, the difference to be paid results in the accumulation of Points but not the 10% credit in Gift Vouchers.
If an item purchased on 24S or on lebonmarche.com on Privilege Day is returned, the amount of the Gift Voucher that was generated when the returned product was purchased will be reduced accordingly. If the Gift Voucher generated by it has already been used before the return, the Member will be refunded the amount of the difference between the value of the returned Product and the value of the Gift Voucher used.
Privilege Day cannot be combined with other discounts.
When Privilege Day is activated, it cannot be cancelled.
THE GIFT VOUCHER FROM PRIVILEGE DAY
At the end of Privilege Day, the Member will be awarded a Gift Voucher in the amount of 10% of the sums spent on Privilege Day, excluding brands for which 5% of the total amount spent is credited in Gift Vouchers on the La Carte 24 Sèvres.
List of brands for which 5% is credited: Balenciaga, Baume & Mercier, Bell & Ross, Bottega Veneta, Briston, Bulgari, Cake, Camille Fournet, Cartier, Celine, Chanel, Collector Square, Cowboy, Delvaux, Dior, Fendi, Frederique Constant, Gucci, Hamilton, Hermès, Hublot, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Loewe, Longines, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, March LA.B, MeisterSinger, Moynat, Polène, Rimowa, Rolex, TAG Heuer, Tiffany & Co, Tissot, Tudor, Zenith. In the Beauty and/or Children's selection of these brands, 10% of the total amount spent is credited as a Gift Voucher on the La Carte 24 Sèvres. In addition, the Privilege Day is not valid on products sold by the marketplace partners of 24S. See the list here.
It is credited to the Member's loyalty account the day after Privilege Day for purchases made in-store and no later than 48 hours after delivery for purchases made on the internet.
For any product ordered in-store or online that requires delivery, Gift Vouchers are credited after the product has been delivered to the Member. For purchases subject to a Click & Collect delivery, Gift Vouchers are credited the day after the Member collects the order from the store.
The amount of the Gift Voucher is calculated in the currency of payment of the purchases made on Privilege Day, and is definitively acquired and final. It may be converted into other currencies at the exchange rate in force on the date of their issue.
The Gift Voucher granted when the Member has triggered their Privilege Day in-store (at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris) can be used to pay for in-store purchases at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris (excluding non-participating brands).
The Gift Voucher granted when the Member has triggered their Privilege Day online at 24S cab be used to pay for online purchases on 24S (excluding non-participating brands), provided that the purchase amount is equal to or greater than the amount of the Gift Voucher.
To find out the details of these restrictions, the Member may contact the Customer Relations Department of Le Bon Marché or 24S.
The Gift Voucher:
- can be used either several times in-store or once on the 24S site (in this case, the purchase amount excluding shipping and customs fees must be strictly greater than the amount of the Gift Voucher)
- is valid for 6 months
- is nominative and non-transferable
- is valid only on presentation of the physical or digital card or any official identity document proving the identity of the Member in-store or online at 24S by connecting to their personal space
- is valid during sales, TBMs (Très Bon Marché days), on red dot items and on the End of Season category of 24S, excluding non-participating brands
- can be used to pay a deposit in-store but, if the order is cancelled, the Gift Voucher will be lost,
- is not valid for wish lists (purchases and contributions to wedding lists, gift lifts, new baby gift lists and housewarming gift lists),
- is not valid for restaurants,
- is not convertible in kind
- is not valid on the site lagrandeepicerie.com,
- is not valid on the site lebonmarche.com,
- is not valid on the brands Dior, Balenciaga, Byredo, Louis Vuitton, Marni, Repetto, Roger Vivier and Jimmy Choo.
In the event of a refund, purchases made using Gift Vouchers will be refunded only in Gift Vouchers credited to the Member's account, to be used within the limit of the 6 months of validity defined when the Gift Voucher was initially issued. Nevertheless, Groupe Le Bon Marché and 24 Sèvres reserve the right to change the refund method for purchases made using Gift Vouchers, without the Member's prior consent.
In the event of modification or termination of the Programme, Groupe Le Bon Marché reserves the right to offset Gift Vouchers acquired and not used, in the format of its choice, without the Member's prior consent.
In the event of modification or termination of the Programme, 24 Sèvres reserves the right to offset Gift Vouchers acquired and not used, in the format of its choice, without the Member's prior consent.
Purchases made using Gift Vouchers do not give rise to the accumulation of Points.
EXCHANGE WITHOUT RECEIPT
If the Member has made an in-store purchase and presented the La Carte 24 Sèvres, they will have the option of requesting the exchange of their purchase in-store without presenting the sales receipt. They will just need to present the La Carte 24 Sèvres validated for the purchase as sole proof.
It is valid for any item purchased in-store at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, excluding duty-free purchases and excluding purchases made online, according to the exchange conditions in force (period of 30 days, in its original packaging, except special order, personalised item, hygiene item, item worn or used) excluding non-participating brands. To find out the details of these restrictions, the Member may contact the Customer Relations Department of Le Bon Marché or 24S.

The Member benefits from free alterations for any purchase made at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche or on orders made on lebonmarche.com with collection from the Click & Collect counter of Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, excluding products on sale, promotions including TBMs (Très Bon Marché days), upon presentation of the card, the new item and the receipt.
Alterations are offered according to status level:
- Guest status: simple alterations (single hem, single cuffs)
- Initiate status: simple and complex alterations (hem, cuffs, shortening, waist adjustment, shoulder alteration, crotch tailoring)
- Privileged status: simple and complex express alterations
Benefit limited to 1 size difference (4 cm) per alteration and a maximum of 3 alterations per item altered.

Personalised benefits are sent to the Member by post, email, text message, telephone or push notifications on the 24S Application. The targeted benefits can be accessed on presentation of the card and the invitation in the Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche or La Grande Epicerie de Paris stores or by connecting to the personal space on 24S.

The Member benefits from free delivery from La Grande Épicerie de Paris, excluding packaging and order picking costs*, for any purchase over €75.
This offer is valid for:

The Member may request a booklet of 12 valet parking coupons at the reception of Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and on presentation of the card or at the Click & Collect Counter when collecting an order made on lebonmarche.com.
The Member must then present a coupon to the valet on the return of their purchases.
This offer is valid on presentation of the card, a receipt dated the current day and delivery of a coupon to the valet, subject to purchase at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, La Grande Épicerie de Paris or the collection of an order made on lebonmarche.com from the Click & Collect Counter and subject to the availability of valets.
